fog lights dont work please help

hey i have on 04 4runner. my fog lights stopped working after i hit a big puddle. i have power at the fuse. brand new bulbs and nothing has changed. any ideas would be helpful

Do you have power on both sides of the fuse? If so pull a lamp and check for power at the socket.

make sure your headlight stalk is not in the high beam position

thanks guys i just fixed it it was a frayed wire
