Fog lights for 3rd Generation 4Runner F/S

I have an extra set of fog lights from my 02 sport that we sold.
One has the front glass missing (rock broke it) but otherwise complete, the other one is totally complete.
They worked when I took them off and replaced them.
Not sure what to ask for them but I have to post a price....

I would guess $11 to $14 for priority postal service, provided they fit in the box.....that's 2-3 day delivery, (no guarantee of course.....nice quote from the USPS)

Does this come with the mounting brackets and all the hardware I would need?

Yes, all the mounting bracket hardware is there except for the nuts and bolts. I used my old ones when I changed them out.
ALSO, just to be sure, please see the above description, ONE of the lights has the outer glass missing, nothing else.

There are two lenses on these lights, the outer one is gone on one, both come with all the mounting brackets minus the nuts and bolts.
