Fog lights not working

Hey all im having trouble with getting my fog lights to work on my 99 4runner SR5. I checked and replaced the fuses and they still aren't working. Havent worked since i bought them and was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Thanks!

OP... If they haven't worked since new and you haven't checked the bulbs... Get outta here =p
