Fog lights stopped working

I have a 2016 SR5 and the fog lights aren't working. The switch is on, the indicator light on the dash is on and I can hear the fog light relay clicking when I turn the switch on and off.

Here are the electrical mods I have, all are plug and play:

- Xenon Depot HID low beams-installed 2 years ago,
- DDM Tuning Saber 36W LED high beams-installed with HIDs
- Philips 12794UNIX2 LED fog light bulbs-installed with HIDs
- LED reverse light bulbs-can't remember brand, installed a year ago
- Accessorides.com plug and play remote start w/appcontrol-installed a month ago

All of the above mods are working w/the exception of the fogs,obviously.

I replaced the OEM battery about 3 weeks ago.

I checked the fog light fuse in the under dash fuse box and it's still good. Any ideas of where to check next?

Did these led fogs ever work with this setup ? Have your tried re-installing your stock fogs ?

I'd start by checking for voltage at the connector for each light. If you have it there then the lights or connection is bad. If you don't, then trace the wiring back and check at each connection. Also check on both sides of the fuse and the fuse with a meter. Fuses can look good but be bad. Then you are on to the switch and the wires to it along with its operation.

Yes, the LED fog light bulbs were installed at the same time the HIDs were, they have worked fine for 2 years. I have not tried to put the stock bulbs back in as of yet but will try it.

I figured I was going to have to start backtracing the harnesses to find the issue but was hoping there was some other easy thing unique to these trucks that I may have been missing.

Ok so I’m a dumbass-the fuse was blown. Apparently trying to visually check a fuse’s condition in the dark with a cell phone flashlight without your glasses isn’t the best way to do things. Popped in a new fuse and all is well.

Fuse blew for a reason. Some type of underlying problem. Id inspect your wiring and confirm all is well there

I suspect that the LED fogs are drawing too much current for the factory circuit. I rarely use them but did leave them on for an extended amount of days due to crappy weather, running them during the day and at night. They are off 98% of the time so I believe that's the issue. I plan on investigating further this weekend and in the meantime, I won't be using the lights until I complete my checks.

What I just said about too much current draw seems wrong, they are only supposed to draw 9.3 watts. Stock halogens draw 19 watts so definitely need to check them out further.
