Rochester/Buffalo, NY vehicle so it's seen plenty of winter weather. Still solid, only surface rust on brackets. They held up my 255 lbs without any issue.

I can ship all but 1 bolt with them, that one broke.

Shipping is from zip code 14127 and buyer will need to pay that too.

I'm not sure where to price these but need to clear some garage space...
