I have a Toyota OEM navigation system for sale. It is out of a 2004 Toyota (not sure what model) It works great.
Voice nav mic and backup camera are plug and play.
The only thing that does not work is the steering wheel controls, the connector is apparently different through different years and different models.
Also the head unit has the green led buttons instead of the orange.
The thing looks sharp, and it gets alot of comments from friends in the car, I think I could use the money more right now though.
It is a 2004, but I'm sure you could buy a new disk to update the map information off ebay.
It comes with everything needed to hook it up.

Navigation DVD drive computer
GPS antenna
Wiring harnesses (except the steering wheel one)
JBL amp
I paid 1400 for it last november.
Asking $1200 obo for complete kit now.
