Depending on the type of clothing worn it could either be a Glock 27 .40 cal or a Beretta 21 .22 cal. Locations can vary but if its on the hip it would be OWB around 3:30/4:00

Between 3 and 4, closer to 3 generally. I like CompTac holsters, never had a Crossbreed, but now have a full leather RGrizzle IWB holster for my P228.

Gotta try different things to see what works for you. I have a few that I have either sent off when I sold/traded guns or that I have that I have no use for anymore. Sucks they can be expensive, but its worth it to be comfortable while carrying.

I pocket carry my LCP with a Desanti Nemesis holster. I am debating on getting a MIC holster for it though. Before I had my little pocket pistol I carried a Ruger P-series IWB around 2'o clock but could only get away with it in heavy denim pants. Yes I know I am crazy for carrying a full size P series but its a great gun.

I've been a IWB guy for a long time but I'm really considering trying a OWB SOB holster for the winter... just not sure which brand. Anyone here have experience?

I carry a full size 5" 1911 in condition one, IWB about 1 o'clock. I have no fears of it accidentally discharging. Carried it daily for about 2 years now like that and believe it or not sometimes I forget it's there. It's heavy, but so are other things in my pants.

I carry a full size HK45 at 3:00, condition 1. I had a custom leather IWB holster made for it.

I carry a variety depending on the day and the mood I'm in. LCP in my front pocket in a Desantis holster is a constant. 4 o'clock carry for IWB, my favorite pieces are my 3" model 60 and my S&W Shield 40. I've been carrying a long time, tried a lot of holsters.

For years I was of the opinion that the Crossbreed couldn't be beat. Then I tried a Garrett Silent Thunder. The ST is opposite of the Crossbreed and I didn't believe it would be comfortable. You've got to have those dual belt clips spread out to be comfortable - WRONG! Try one of these Garrett's and your Crossbreeds will go in the holster drawer. They also don't scratch up your guns like the Crossbreeds...

For years I CCW'd with custom leather holsters and didn't even consider kydex. A couple of years ago I decided to give Garrett Industries (both IWB and OWB) a try and have not gone back to traditional leather holsters. Granted, custom leather rigs will beat kydex hands down every time in the aesthetics department. Garrett Industries Silent Thunder holsters are lined with smooth leather and have tension screws to let you adjust for retention. They keep their shape when unholstered for easy one handed reholstering. They also offer a variety of clip options and belt sizes. Not to mention, they're great folks to deal with.

I lik very thin holsters made of leather for IWB appendix carry. I use a desantis for my MP40 and I have a custom offset clip holster (clip sits to the side of the cylinder)for my J frame airweight. Appendix carry is most comfortable for me. I don't like the idea of blowing my junk off but that's what feels right, secure and doesn't print. My daily is the j frame and I don't plan on it going off. The MP40 is more of a bowling pin, home defense gun. I carry my LCP in a nemesis pocket holster, but im looking at getting a leather holster for that as well. The nylon holsters are just too thick, but the nemesis seems to be the best of them ive seen so far.
