Found 3 of 4 lower control arm bolts loose after alignment...

A month ago I had just installed some Bilstiens (lift), and brought it in for an alignment the week after.

When i left, i noticed creaking...didn't think much of it as first.
Last week I decided to check everything over, I found 3 of the 4 LCA bolts in a super loose state. As in my 7 year old daughter could have turned them with a regular socket wrench.

Those bolts just don't come loose on their own, I have to assume the tech forgot to tighten them?

Also after driving around for a month with those bolts loose, it is safe to say the settings may have changed? At this point I want them to recheck the alignment, but at the same time I don't have a whole lot of confidence.

did they at least mark the bolts to the frame so you can see where they are supposed to be adjusted to? line up the paint marks and tighten them down. if it drives like crap/tires are wearing funny, get it aligned and rotate the tires.

Yes you need to have it re-aligned.

Yes you should find a different shop.

I got high recommendations to go to Absolute Suspension in Tomball from a Facebook group. Haven't visted them yet but I will when I need to get aligned later on.
Just a disclaimer, I'm not affiliated with them. Just a guy trying to dial in suspension settings constantly lol.
