Found a Rola roof rack w/ extension. Is this a good deal?

Hey guys - I found a Rola roof rack w/ an extension and a cargo bag for sale in my neck of the woods. Everything is in new condition. The guy is asking $350, is this a good deal? I've read some mixed reviews on here and wanted to get some input on this before I pull the trigger. I don't have any experience with roof racks.

I have that exact set up minus the cargo bag, That's too expensive. You can get all that brand new Rola rack with extension from amazon for $248 and the bag for $84,, That's $20 cheaper and that Brand new! If your buying it off somebody even if its like new it's still somewhat used which means he should be giving you a better deal than that! My 02

Yea I've seen some better prices out there but those are out of the states and I'd be taking a big hit on shipping it to Canada. thx for the input guys.
