Found the FSM online and it's gone for the 2nd time

I found another site with the fsm but it has disappeared just like the ncttora link.

I need some torque specs for the upper control arms where they bolt to the frame bracketry and the upper ball joint spec as well.

Also looking for the OTRE and LBJ spec where it bolts to the lower control arm. (I know the 4 bolts are 59 ft/lbs for the LBJ)

Any help would be great as I'm trying to get all this changed out tomorrow.

Before you start breaking things...

upper control arm to frame: 86 ft lbs
upper ball joint to upper suspension arm: 105 ft lbs
otre to lbj: 91 ft lbs (fsm just says tie rod end: no outer; should be correct though)
lbj to lower suspension arm: 140 ft lbs

Those are N-m specs!

The correct Ft-lb values are:

OTRE-LBJ: 67(91Nm)
LBJ castle nut: 105(142Nm)

I just installed my upper control arms today and realized you made some corrections to the torque specs above. While I didn't get my LBJs or TREs finished up I did install my UCAs but I'm afraid I over torqued everything.

Was every spec in the first guys response given in N-m?

upper control arm to frame: 86 (64) ft lbs
upper ball joint to upper suspension arm: 105 (80) ft lbs
otre to lbj: 91 (67)ft lbs (fsm just says tie rod end: no outer; should be correct though)
lbj to lower suspension arm: 140 (103)ft lbs

totally wasnt even looking at the units in the beginning ):

No worries....I'm going to fix it tomorrow but after looking closer at your quote above the upper control arm should be 87 ftlbs. I think some manuals depending on year say 86 though.

I'm only correcting that for anyone running across this thread in the future.
