Four Wheel Low (4L) actuator location

Can someone please tell me or show me with a picture where the 4L (Four Wheel Low) Actuator is?

Wow that was a quick response. Thanks. Apparently this actuator is not working because the 4L will not engage. I was going to open it up or bang on it with a rubber mallet. I think others on the forum have had success doing this.
