You pay shipping from napa, ca 94559.
I just swapped mine and don't need this any more. It's from a 2006 sr5. Pickup in downtown napa is preferred. Not sure how much shipping is. The person before me must have spilled coffee down there but it works just fine. Just a little gunk you might want to clean. The little flap for the acc outlet is snapped off too.
