I have this old roof rack that I took off my 3rd Gen 4Runner and had in a box for ages. It’s very used, paint peeling, etc. however I thought I’d offer it free here before I throw into land fill. I remember one plastic end cap is broken but they are readily available on eBay.

2 Outer Skid Strip Assembly
1 Crossbar Assembly-Front
1 Crossbar Assembly-Rear
3 Cross Slat Assemblies
10 M6 X 14MM 6-lobe recess screws (torx-type)
2 Left Hand End Caps
2 Right Hand End Caps (one broken)
2 Thumbwheel Assemblies
The broken end cap is a “right” end cap and it’s missing the part for the screw. You’d need something like this if it’s important: https://ebay.us/m/RvgNPV

Sorry for delay, been trying to find the bits and pieces I've already accumulated
I have a Surf project and want to add a T4R rack. I replaced the rack on my 4Runner with one in better condition and have spare cross rails- both types, but no main channels.
If you are prepared to split I would only need the main channels, ends plus hardware inc. the twist knobs and tie-downs.
