This doesn't surprise me there seems to be a sudden crack-down on FSMs online, have a feeling its because Toyota is trying to force people to invest in their consumer-side TIS.

By the way, I think you can actually order new copies of any FSM from Toyota somehow; I will ask my parts department tomorrow what the procedure is.

Do you have Adobe reader and did you try to toggle back to an earlier date? The link still comes up for me. Last time I downloaded it, it took about 5 minutes to connect.

At some point, though, the links will disappear. That's why I posted this 1.5 years ago.

Worked for me, just did it yesterday following OP's link. The individual sections didn't work but at the bottom you can download a zip or rar file of the entire manual.
