Free Stock share through Robinhood app?

I download the robinhood app. Guess it allows free trading. Anyone heard of it? I noticed they are giving out a free shares to both the referrer and invited person. I have one invite I can send out. Anyone want to try?

Simple, just kind of playing around with it right now. I just put some money into bluechips like coke and COP to hold for a little bit. I also have some money in penny stocks.

Both Ricky and myself received a groupon stock worth about $4.50 right now. Pretty cool. I guess you can have multiple referrals so i will leave this link here incase anyone else wants to try it out.

There's a new service called M1 Finance that offers completely free investing. No commissions, no management fees. I'm not a customer / user of their service but it's been getting more discussion on other message boards like Bogleheads. It looks like a pretty cool service - assuming they can survive in this day and age of Vanguard, Schwab, etc..

I'm finding out there are a bunch of ways to trade for free now after doing this for a week. The biggest incentive for Robinhood is the free stock share for both the referrer and invited person. Better to play with free $$ then money have have to put in
