Mine scored an 89. 98 limited 4x4, been in NC since 18 miles!!

Geez, and I thought mine was a high score. I got a 70. Very clean record though and has been in 3 southern states.

Pretty cool. Mine scored an 82, probably influenced by the wreck where I was hit and spun out by a drunk driver. Next to my score it says "Similar vehicles score 33-59". That seems really low, but I guess age and owner turnover specific to 3rd gens influences that.

VERY handy indeed! Much easier than carfax or Toyota owner site. Interesting that mine scored green on everything except a smog check (which it passed) and a loan (which was paid off since the title is clear), so it scored a 16!

Awesome find. It appears I'm the 2nd owner, almost one month, and counting. Scored an 82...respectable. "possible storm damage" east Texas hurricane territory but ZERO damage, not even a scratch. Not bad for 13 years.:boink:

I might have figured out why some VIN's aren't working. I tried my BMW vin, and put in the letter O instead of the number 0, and it came thru saying "AutoCheck Report Not Available" . That might be a problem for anyone with O's or 0's in their VIN's.

1999- 44,768 Motor Vehicle Dept. TITLE (Lien Reported) & failed emission inspection in 2002.
Other then that everything is clean AutoCheck Assured Status present

Nice find! The Autocheck on my 96 listed no accidents in 09 when I bought it. Now it does! It says there was an accident in 03, center rear... Oh well, the tow hitch is there so it probably did nothing IF this accident really happened.

I got an 87. One owner (me) and everything green. Registered in same town since Day 1. They missed the deer hit in 2001 I collected insurance on. Only Odo reading was the 71 at delivery or I would have scored higher, I assume.

I'm curious what their criteria is as far as scoring.

I bought my '97 Anthracite Metallic SR5, V6, 5-speed, E-locker, factory Oak Leather, Moonroof, etc. brand new off the lot, and have lived in the same area since with no issues at all. The only activity on record since buying it is the yearly registration renewal.

They claim a 65 for mine.

I guess it really doesn't matter, as I have no plans to sell it. It's at 117,500 miles, and only accumulates about 2500-3000 additional miles a year at this point.

This really isn't all that accurate.

Both of my vehicles, which have small records (confirmed by carproof) come up completely clean.

It's great for being free, but I wouldn't judge whether or not I buy a car off this.
