Free white gauge light mod

I recently got tired of my stock green gauge lights and decided to try to change their color. I found that in order to make them glow white all you need to do is disassemble your gauges and remove the small covers that go over the bulbs. This is a great way to get rid of that stock look for free and it will also work on your AC controls. Let me know how it turns out for any of you who try it.

i did this one my celica and i didnt really think it looked good, the lights were yellowish so i just changed the lights out with red ones and it looked really good

I did this to the Corolla a while back, I went from blue, to super white and red and ultimately came back to the green lighting. The super white was neat because it looked like the optitron gauges in some Lexus models.
