Freebies

Hey . I have an 88 and I need the cover for the rear window motor. I'm sure parting out for free is a lot of work. But if you have it, do you mind taking a picture for me so I know if it's the right fit? (or if you know it will, that's fine too)
Thanks a bunch

Do you mean the cover inside the tailgate or rear doors?

az4run- I will part out some of the motor. depending on what you want?

In side the Tailgate mounted on the roof panel. The cover for the back window wiper motor . If you have the switch panel for it too that would be cool. Mine is a three button cluster in the center console. window lock, wiper switch and window up/down. I'll take some pictures tonight of what I am looking for.

Hey Andrew got the headrests today:) They look great and fit is right on, after a quick cleaning they will be like new. It was a nice touch wrapping them in genuine Toyota parts packaging:cool:

Oh thats great that they have arrived. Sorry i didn't get a chance to clean them a bit first. We had a bumper arrive for a corolla wrapped in that and we had just unwrapped it when i started looking for insulator, I seen it and was like this is perfect, what better way to send them. LOL. Glad they fit. I was thinking about if the pegs would be the same width.

Cheers Andrew.

I dont think they will be the same. i dont have the removable roof style. I t is a cove that goes from one side to the other. I can take a pic for you.
pm me your e-mail (its easier to send pics that way)

Yes, the fit was dead on:thumb3: the difference in comfort is night and day. With the newer SR5 rests you have a greater amount of adjustability in height as well as the tilt forward option. I need to find one more set for the rear seats so, my rear passengers have the same adjustability options as the front.

As for cleaning, it will take no more than 10 minuets to do that and they were pretty clean to start with already, Thank you:) They did have a fine sent of body shop to them LOL so, I hit them with a little Febreze

i wonder how much it would be to ship the seats here (las vegas nv) and a few other
small things like the induction tube if its not cracked the vent in the left center of the dash for the air/heat myns broke and always points down

edit: front seats

The seats are kind of crap they both have wear in the center. I have also taken them apart. i needed the tracks of them. The tube the ends at the tb is cracked really bad. but the others are okay. If you need that part i seen on toytech, a mod that uses a 3" piece of exhaust, it also eliminates the emission crap. The vents are good. they would be cheap to send. they are grey.

oh thats the one i need i seen a bendable peice of tube at autozone but there is a breather or ss that goes from the ID to the valve cover. do you kn0w what that is and if its even needed

sorry it was on yotatech.

And the hose coming from the valve cover tothe intake is pcv. you need it. the yotatech write up has a fix for that. and i think there is another tube that you need. think its a vacuum line.

the doors. There is no rust at all on the pillars.

Parts for 4runner

My rear doors have some pretty bad rust holes in them so I'm interested in your rear doors.

If you live within reasonable driving distance I can come pick them up if not then shipping them isn't a problem.

It would be nice to have a set of wheels to mount snow tires. If I come to pickup the rear doors I'll take the wheels if you're willing to part with them.

I can pay you in the standard Ontario currency, that being cans of maple syrup. I don't have any dry split firewood though.

Also, I'm having some problems with my coolant temperature sensors. I think the problem is with the coolant fan switch. which is one of the three sensors located right next to the firewall under all the heater hoses. I'd like to take that too if possible.

The rear doors are in tough shape. some bad rust spots on them. And you could possialbe get the rims. when i send it to scrap I may be able to get them back.

The coolant junction has been bought already. And i'm in orillia. its pretty far away. to pick up some parts.

Anything else your interested in?

Is the cup holder above the A/C switches still available? If so please let me know! And what about the running boards? Thank you!
