Went in for an oil change and two months later, had close to $6,000 in broken breaking system and repair bills.
Dealer had the balls to tell me that the vehicle was NEVER serviced there, while I had ALL invoices in my hand. They had typed the wrong VIN number in.
Power steering fluid was "Topped" off in my breaking system. Freeman stated that the vehicle was vandalized, and that I should file an insurance claim of the damage.
The power steering fluid ate the entire system out. My vehicle was off the road for THREE weeks while State Farm Mutual looked into the "Fraud" that I insisted that the dealer was doing.
The day before Valley Tire and Break finished up Freemans mess, Freeman called to stated while they are still not admitting fault, they would repay both State Farm Mutual and me for all bills. They finally agreed due to another person stating the same problems as I did.
I have still to this day, not even heard of a "We are sorry for the mess all this presented" from those A-holes.:50cal:
