Fresh Air/Recirculation acutator location

Fresh Air/Recirculation blend door or acutator Location in cab ?

hey guys, hope that is something close to what this thing is called, looking for the location of the Fresh air/recirculation air actuator. I found all the other acuators underneath the dash from the passenger side but never saw the recirc/fresh air one. I think mine is stuck on recirculation and want to see if its moving. Any help would be much appreciated!

So ive searched all last night all the diagrams i could find online and still cant figure out where this stupid thing is? Is it under the passenger side dash and i just didnt look hard enough or is it possible under the drivers side ?
