frick , simple help needed asap, blinker/saftey issue

my blinkers started acting funny this morning so i thought i'd finally take the time to wire it up right with the proper spade connectors and all of the rest (this is wiring the stock wiring system into my arb turn signals)

well i think i may have crossed a wire as my turn signals no longer work at all either side and doesn't light up in the dash area either, not even the clicking, i think i may have blown the relay, as after i finished up the hazards work and blinks everywhere (on the turn signals and inside on the dash) but the turns don't work from any position.

so here's what i think, it's either a blown fuse or a bad relay. as the turn signals do work with the hazard button i know the wiring is now correct as if it were not there would be no circuit and the lights would not work, so i must have blown something in the turn signal elec. system, anyone know if this is a fuse or a relay or what and if so where is it located? i need to get this fixed asap as i don;t want to get pulled over and to be honest it's kind of dangerous to be driving around with no turn signals.

any help would be greatly appreciated! like what fuse it is and amperage or where the relay is located and how much it costs would be great! thanks alot guys!

a little bumpty bump, anyone know the location of the relay in a 1999? or which fuse operates it?

Fuses:
10A Turn, in J/B by drivers knee.
15A Hazard, Horn, same place.

Relay:
Flasher relay. On back of same J/B, top row, center.(Part No. 81980-12070)Link:$14 on eBay
Relay circuit test info:
FLASH RELAY
2-GROUND : Approx. 12 volts with ignition SW on or hazard SW on
1-GROUND : Changes from 12 to 0 volts with ignition SW on and turn signal SW at LH or RH position,
or with hazard SW on
3-GROUND : Always continuity

That should do it....my guess is 10A Turn fuse is blown based on your symptoms.
