Last night, my friend was driving on a dirt road in his '96 4runner and slid into a tree at about 30mph. the tree ended up right where the left headlight was. from what i can tell, the frame and suspension were not touched but pretty much all of the front end is going to need to be replaced meaning bumpers, grille, lights, left fender, hood and the body will need to be straightened. Unfortunately, he does not have collision insurance on it so we will be doing this mostly ourselves with some help from his dad who is a former mechanic. the only part that concerns me is the straightening. so if anyone has had experience with that or knows of anyone that is parting out a 96-98 4runner, that would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Dylan
P.S. i will post some pictures tomorrow
