Front axle vent line extension

I have read the post about the rear axle vent extension but does the front axle need a extension also to keep the water out? I would think it would have the same type vent. Has anyone done this?

Front axle vent is way up by the brake booster. Extension not needed.

Probably not, unless you're going to ford some really deep water, but you'll probably need or want a snorkel then. The front diff breather is pretty high up, it's near the top of the front wheel well (near the oil filler neck on the V6 and fuse block).

Yeah, if you're going in water that deep at that point you have other things to worry about.
