Front blinker/drl out ...or not?

hey so two days ago my right blinker started to blink rapidly so i knew either the front or back blinker was out. Found out it was the front. Then yesterday, day after being parked for a while, it was working fine again.
Whats going on here? Should I change it anyway?
And, is it difficult to change?

Change it, it's cheap and easy. I went with the clear turn signal lights all around, and the front right one needed to be changed twice in a 6 month period (had "China" on the metal) but things have been fine for the past 6 months.
