Front Brake Pads

I own a 98toyota4runner 4wheel drive. Im trying to change the break pads in the front wheels but cant get the calipers to squeeze together with my c-clamp because the calipers are one piece on both sides. I did locate two bolts on the inner side but cant get them to budge. Even if i could loosen the two bolts holding the calipers on, im still not sure if i could get the calipers of the disk/rotor because they are squeezing the pads against the rotor.
Is there some method to getting the brake pads off? Im used to working on an american truck that u could just loosen two bolts and squeeze the calipers with a c-clamp. Please help me out. I dont have a repair manual for this model of truck. Details would be good.

Some cars the piston "screws" in. The other trick I've used on front brakes is to sqeeze and then crack the bleeder open. Make sure to close the bleeder while fluid is still coming out. You don't want to let any air in.

Note: Recheck the fluid level when done. 2nd, I have done lots of brakes but never a '98 4Runner. I wanted to give you something to get started but maybe somebody on 3rd gen site can help with better info.
