Front bumper and grill is really loose. How to fix?

Checked out my front bumper and its rediculously loose and so is the plastic grill on the bumper as well. I looked inside and the two styrofoam pieces are really loose too. What the heck! How do I fix this so it's perfectly sturdy?

I have an '05 and my grill was loose and missing a couple bolts for the screws. Every time I closed one of the doors my grill would 'shudder' and it drove me nuts. The screws/bolts are an odd shape. I didn't want to try to pick some replacements up at the hardware store so I pointed it out at the dealership and they sorted it out along with a few other missing attachments for me at no charge. That's what I'd do. Good luck!

Can someone post some pics of the screws? I must need to replace them.

The bumper is only slightly loose, its the styrofoam pieces inside the grill that are loose as well as the grill. What do I need to get so these things are totally tight again?
