Front bumper help - Addicted, Savage, or CBI Hybrid

I went ahead and ordered the CBI Hybrid... it just looks badass and should fit well with my theme after looking at many pictures... they told me it weighs less than 100# which is good by me... I probably would've went with the Addicted plate had they offered a BL option... Savage got back to me and he's hoping to have their new design done by the end of May... thanks to those who gave their input

I ordered an addicted offroad front back at the beginning of February. We are one week away from May and I have yet to see my bumper. I think if Scotty doesn't get it together regarding delivery of his products, it is going to negatively impact his business.....with that said, in my opinion, addicted has a great looking bumper.

Its not like I am trying to be backed up guys. :frusty: I'm just as frustrated about the turn times on our 3rd gen plate bumpers. And, I have tried to keep everyone updated with turn times and delays via the Facebook page which is also on the front page of the website.

FWIW, we have cut down the tube bumper turn times to 4-5 weeks. And, we are current on all plate bumpers EXCEPT the 1st gen tacos/3rd gen 4runners. That means 1st/2nd gen 4runners, FJ Cruisers, and 86-95 pickups are a 2-3 week turn time.

I have around 20 3rd gen/Taco bumpers ordered as of today. And, all of the sheet has been cut and dropped off at my press bender. I am just waiting for a call to let me know they are done so I can pick them up and start assembling bumpers this week.

I think we understand how it can be backed up. Not all of us are on the facebook train, still boycotting and they will never get my advertisement clicks. LOL. So we only see updates via email or website. That being said Im still patiently waiting and know it will be worth it. Keep up the good work!

Looks awesome man, just got my addicted plate mounted, I think both bumpers look great in there own way. Ill post this pic for people trying to compare bumpers when deciding if they search and fine this thread.

Wow dude your truck looks great. I really didn't like the CBI hybrid, but with the color match you did it looks really really good!!! Great job and great idea.

Hey Skidmarcx,

I have the same front bumper and I want to install a 1" BL. Did you order the CBI bumper with the BL option or is that the standard bumper? I see a gap but it barely looks noticeable.
