Front bumper is ruined!!! stained content>>>

I just noticed that my front bumper is basically ruined! It looks like some sort of chemical got on the and dried and now it is spotted white. It looks terrible! Any idea on some way to clean it?

Also, someone must have hit my rear bumper in the parking lot and drove away because it is cracked right at the edge between the vertical and horizontal part on the rear passenger side. Can I jsut glue this back somehow. I dont have the cash right now to replace the whole bumper. the crack is probably about 4-5 inches

its an 06 sr5 in black BTW. the stain on the front bumper looks like water spots but doesnt come out.

check ebay perhaps for a replacement back bumper? sorry abt that, thats why im thinking of getting a step hitch to protect my rear end,

If its just some sort of gunk then clay bar or polish might get it off, but if it actually bleached your bumper and took the paint off, your gonna have to either sand and repaint or get a new bumper

is it black paint or black plastic? im guessing paint in which case may be SOL. black plastic you can get some stuff to clean it up
