Front bumper options ( pianting chrome)

So id like to paint my chrome bumpers, not looking for anything to fancy. And dont want to spend the money on new bumpers.

And from what ive read using normal piant just doesnt stick.
Also my front bumper is showing some spots were rust wants to come up. So I have to nip it in the butt before it does.


So far im debating between plasti dip , or just por15 with some paint over the top of that .

Any one do anything else?

I did plasti dip and its holding up fine . no touch up neeeded yet and its been since like febuary
