Front diff issue

A friend of mine has an issue with his front diff.
He had this issue then had a new LSD, R&P installed. The spider gears were shot on the stock open diff.
He still has the issue.

The rig drives fine in 2wd. When in 4wd (J shifter, no center diff) ti pulls to the drivers side and he has to turn the steering wheel toward the passenger side, HARD.

I have some thoughts but don't want to sway your thoughs.

Any ideas?

I'm not shooting down your idea but wouldn't it bind more in 2wd?
In 4wd it should be engaged but shouldn't cause this issue.

A few months back I blew out the spiders in my front diff and it didn't show any characteristics as such. It would pop every so often but it still got me out of where I was and home safely. I shredded two of them completely and sheered the other two pretty good and it tracked straight down the road in 2wd or 4wd. Maybe the ADD is only actuating one side and not the other causing it to put power to only one front wheel while good traction is applied to the front. That's my only thought on it. Check the vacuum lines for correct placement and fitment.

I would support the entire truck safetly on some jack stands and put it in 4wd and see what it does then... We had a bore scope safetly routed in the fill plug on the diff while it was in 4wd and thats how we diagnosed my issue.

So the ADD only disconnects the passenger side. The drivers side is always connected to the diff. When the vehicle is moving, parts of the front diff always spin (I don't know how much).

Here are some of my thoughts.
The owner says that the rig is pulling to the drivers side and needs to turn the steering wheel to the passengers side.
I think that somehow all of the power (that is going to the front axle) is going to the passenger side and it is driving at 2 times the rear wheels (due to the diff sending everything to the pass wheel). This is causing the passenger wheel to out drive the rears and the passenger wheel is PULLING the rig causing it to PUSH to the drivers side.

Now, what is causing this? I'm not sure.

(remember that it was doing this before he replaced the front diff and R&P)
