Front door lower window weather trim

The thing that looks like a chrome shielded window wiper blade and keeps water from running down the glass and into the door. Anyone know if any interior trim needs to be removed to replace it. Or does it just slide off to the rear after removing the screw behind it on the inside lip of the door?
Also should order new clips while I'm ordering the trim?
I came up with a part #75712-60080 for the trim on the left or driver front door.

Thanks YouTube -the screw comes out and the trim piece unclips and slips out to the rear. Drivers Front Door Belt Molding. I gues the previous owner liked to stick their elbow out the window. $62 shipped eBay.
