Front emblem removal?

For those who either painted or removed their front grill toyota emblem, I got one question for you? How did you remove it or what's the easiest way? I removed my side emblems with no problem but the front is giving me some problems?

It's easy - mine poped out when I was tinkering around cleaning the motor. No tools needed - just some tabs that you can get to from the inside. I can even take it off just by poking my fingers around from the front.

On my 08 it's held on by screws, so one tool is required.

I tried the screws and it removed the entire middle section. I did see some tabs, I'll try them and let you all know. Thanks
