Front-end face-lift!

I'm thinking of doing something to the front-end to update the look of my 2nd gen 4R.

I started looking for lightbars but quickly found out that there are only a couple of choices: one by Procomp and one by Carr. I also looked for bullbars like the Westin bull bars. But they only make them for newer 4Runners. I'm also thinking of perhaps changing the entire front bumper with the one off of a '99 4R which has integrated foglamps.

What can you all suggest?? Pics would greatly help.
