Front end rubbing noise

I have a 2000 SR5 with 110k miles. Have never had an issue with the truck and in the last week, i started hearing a rubbing noise in the front end. sounds like the tire is rubbing agains the wheel well which i know it is not. I took it to the shop where they checked the wheels, tires, brake pads and rotors and said everything looked good. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be.

Cant help but would be curious as I hear the same on mine once in a while . Usually only when its cold in the morning and I first turn the wheels . But I know its not rubbing .
