Got an '87 22RE 5-Speed and have some Front End Vibration. Here's the facts:
Cant hear it with the radio on loud
Cant hear it with the windows are down, only up
Only happens when cruzin 50mph or faster
Can barely feel it in the shifter and steering wheel
Just had a balance, alignment and break job with no probs
5-Speed shifts smooth and strong
22RE still gets 22mpg on my daily commute
Any thoughts? Front Drive Shaft? Wheel Bearings? Or is it just an older vehicle that has thin metal and no sound dampining causing it to be louder and rougher compaired to a newer vehicle and Im imagining things?
Thanks
