Front Fenders

A while back some of you may remember that I put a set of black rims on my truck, but took them off because they caused my tires to rub. Anyways, before I took them off, the tire shop decided to trim my front fenders to try to fix the rubbing. However, now when I go 65mph or higher, I get a loud buzzing sound because the fender gets blown back from the wind, and ends up scraping my tire. Anyone have any ideas on how I can secure it so it doesn't do this anymore? I have already trimmed it even more, and would rather not make it any shorter. Just thinking about securing it better. Appreciate it.

i experienced the same prob, it actually sacred the shit outta me rubbing on my stt's at 70mph......

I actually on the side of the highway, using my pcket knife made a tiny hole and found some wire on the side of the road (macgyver style!) and just fastened it back to some metal (cant remember exactly). shite, its actually been like that for atleast 2000 miles, i need to get in there and replace it with a heavy duty zip tie or two, but NO rubbing. its real easy josh, no worries, you can do it. I can take a pic tomm. if u need.

Alright, using a wire was what I was thinking, but wasn't sure how it would hold. But seems like an easy fix. Might use some heavy duty cable/zip ties. Thanks though, appreciate it.
