no, the hood won't close because the bumper is lower under the grille on 06+ models. It would also hit the '05 headlights because they're shaped a bit differently.
edit- I have an '06 hood on my '03, in order to make it fit I had to upgrade the headlights and the trim under the headlights, then remove about 1-1.5" from the height of the grille.
