Front Hitch for 4th Gen

I am looking to intall a front hitch receiver that I could use to mount a winch part time.

1. Any suggestions of front end receivers for an '06? There seems to be plenty of options out there for same year Tacomas and FJ's...are they compatible with 4R?

2. Is there such a thing as a brush guard with a built in hitch receiver?

3. Anyone have any experience doing this? Is it practicle?
