Front License Plate mounting?

I ordered one of the chrome half sized logo license plates seen here:

It came yesterday but the holes do not match up to the holes on the bumper cover. I'm guessing that I need a bracket but I don't want a full size one that would just make the small plate look ridiculous. Any ideas? I've seen these plates on a lot of Runners but never took note of how they were mounted.

Possible to re-drill the holes without making it goofy looking?

I emailed the company and they responded that I need a mounting bracket that should have come with the truck. So I'm waiting to hear back from the dealership now.

Don't think there is really any "bracket" for the front, just a plastic mounting area. This mounting area does have two different sets of holes though.

Do a search on front license plate bracket and you'll see how other members have solved the problem.
