Front license plate?

hey everyone,

my gf got me a college front plate to put on my 4runner. My question is, did anyone use a mounting bracket or drill the dimples that are already there?

while i'm at it, what are those other two holes for? they're too far apart for the license plate.

they are for european plates i guess. I drilled two holes into my college plate. I would not want to drill into the front bumper but thats just me.

Put it on the rear only? If you have a pair, hang it up on a wall and leave the front bare. She'll appreciate it more
