As for a rear lift on a 2nd generation, OME springs seem to be the obvious first choice.
But that leaves a couple options with the front.
Most common is either a new set of torsion bars from OME, or just clocking your present bars higher.
Second option I have seen is a bushing lift. The bushing lift keeps the upper arm in the same stock position and negates the need to clock the t-bars.

What is your experience with the different options?
Did you find in your search a real reason for one over the other?
Does changing your t-bars make a difference that is worth the extra $200 or so?
New shocks are needed for all options. A new pan hard bar is also needed.
I wonder why none of the options come with a pan hard bar. Does anything else need to be changed?
