Front mud/rain/splash guards

1990 4x4 4 runner with auto trans:

looking for the thin rubber type guards and unable find set for the 1990, did come across a set for 1996 4 runner, no mention whether for 2 or 4 wheel, curious if they would fit?

Suggestions/comments appreciated.

Check ebay. I actually sold my 89 set for quite a bit of $. Just make sure the holes are in good shape. As an alternative, you could buy some rubber and cut out your own. Make a template out of plywood so you can cut out an exact pair. Punch the right size holes with a shell case or piece of tubing with a sharpened edge. If there is big truck shop in your town, you could buy some and just trim down to the shape you want. I have done all of the above with some success.

Today I set up an ebay search asking to be notified should a set surface on ebay. I also left message with supplier who offers sets for 1996 and whether their kit would work with the 1990 they have not returned my request so assume it does not? It's not something that requires immediate attention so I will keep watch for seller on ebay.
