Front power window relay location?

Let me start by saying thank you to all who've offered help and tips to me so far. I'm finally getting the chance to dig into my '91 maintenance-wise and I'm loving it!

Question: Passenger power window switch will roll window down, but up very slooowwly. The drivers side switch for the passenger window works fine both up and down. So I'd like to check the relay but am not sure where exaclty it is. The FSM shows it in the dash behind the switches to the left of the steering wheel, but I'm curious If anyone can tell me exactly to save me loads of time and trim deconstruction.

The lower trim removes very easily. maybe 5 min. I have mine all apart and it should be on the left foot well.

You don't need to pull off the lower trim, just lay on the floor on your back and look up by the pedals; its above the fuse block. I believe the relay istelf is blue and is clipped to a verticle bracket. That being said, I doubt the relay is the problem. If it goes up slow its probably either a weak motor or gummed up regulator/track.
