Front right axle seal still leaking

So I took the 4R into the dealership and they diagnosed that the leak was coming from the front right axle seal. I paid them to replaced the seal and it was good. A week later it started to leak again so we took it back in since the part was covered by their warranty. Well, the dang thing is leaking again!!!

Anyone had a similar experience? Am I just going to have to keep taking it back in? Its driven daily by my wife and she is very gentle on it to save gas.

Ideas please....

I wonder if the the seal itself is not the problem, but the bore may be scratched or scored.

I'm not very car savvy....is the bore part of the axel?

Also the axle shaft could have a groove worn into it or a burr preventing a good seal. The bore in the axle housing could be scratched too. File a complaint with Toyota.

Could the breather be clogged causing pressure in the diff to build up forcing oil past the seal?

Just to update this thread, I took my 4R into a different stealership than the one that had replaced the leaking axle twice. This other place found that the vehicle had had the front right axle replace with an aftermarket axle. The tech said he couldn't find anything wrong and that it must be the axle. I had them replace it $695 and so far....NO LEAKING! I contemplated doing the work myself but thought, eh, I really don't know how and want to bother with it. Hope this info might aid someone else.
