Anyone know which would be the right size expedition rail to purchase for the 3/4 length (1255mm x 1560mm) rack? Or is it modular and I only need to purchase the one with the same width specs? Looking for full perimeter.

The brackets are modular. There's a few videos out there on YouTube from Frontrunner that show the rack. I bought a full perimeter expedition rail for my full length rack. I had a similar question. Here's what I found on Sierra Expeditions' site:
"DID YOU KNOW? This Front Runner Full Perimeter Expedition Rail Kit can be easily converted to a ¾, half, or 1/4 sized rail kit using included side rail adapter brackets!!"

Hope this helps, although I'm not sure it directly answers your question. Otherwise, both Frontrunner and BlueLine have been very responsive to my questions. Don't hesitate to ask them, either.
