front seat swap?

So my '04 V8 4R has about 75K miles on it and although the fabric looks good, there is creasing on the non "seating surface" part of the bottom cushion. I was wondering if it would be good to swap the front seats at this point to even out the wear?

The online parts illustration clearly show left and right sides for the seats but since I can't see parts #'s I don't know if they interchange.

No, you can't interchange them. For one, you wouldn't be able to get to some of the adjustments since they'd be right up against the center console instead of in the open space on the outer edges. For another, there's a weight sensor in the passenger seat for the airbag system (auto-off when a small child is sitting there) that you probably don't want to disconnect.
