Front skid plate bolt insert??

Took my skid plate off my previous 4runner and wanted to install it on my new 4runner. The top bolt uses an expandable insert but it appears once it expands, its permanent. Anyone know if this insert can be purchased? The parts guy didn't seem to know at my dealer. Seems like an expensive insert by making this skid plate accessory useless to sell or reuse. Any ideas or experience with this?

Thanks for the reply. I'll try to use that info to get the insert. I have a feeling though that I'll have to rig a way to secure that one bolt. Hate to not use it. Not many people taking accessories like this off and selling I guess.
