Front Sway Bar Bushings - Poly or Rubber?

I need to replace my front sway bar bushings. I have the option to upgrade to poly bushings but i'm not sure if it's going to be too stiff as a daily driver. The end link also looks to be shot so i'll also be purchasing end links. Can anyone give me advice on the poly bushings and if it's worth it? They are pretty cheap on amazon. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

The sway bar bushings and sway bar end link bushings only affect body roll. Since we have a narrow wheelbase for an SUV, body roll is an issue. Installing poly bushings helps address this issue by tightening down the sway bar so it transfers energy to the opposite side of a turn more effectively. Personally, I like the more secure feel in turns and highway driving.

The bushings do not affect ride feel or suspension feel. Many on here recommend poly bushings, especially the kits from Energy Suspension. Just go out and measure the circumference of your sway bar to make sure you get the right one. There's two different sizes.

Thanks for the advice, I measured and it came out to 26mm. I went for the Energy Suspension bushings so i'm having high hopes for no clunks over bumps.

They are in. I can definitely tell the difference over the trashed bushings. I want to knock out the steering rack bushings next and go with Poly as well because my steering is a bit sloppy.

That one can be quite the job. I had a heck of a time getting those oversized bolts out. If you don't have access to air tools or a very, very long breaker bar you may want to skip it. I actually didn't like the feel of the poly steering rack bushings, I felt all the bumps through the steering wheel after I put them in. My rack failed a few years later (unrelated) and appreciated having rubber back in there.
