front tow hooks

I have noticed that my 1991 4Runner has not tow hooks in the front. did the 4runner come with them or no? I bought some and I was wondering where is a good place to put them?

The 80's trucks came with a front tow hook, but I don't know about the 90's + trucks.

My 92 4Runner came with one tow hook. It's mounted on the passenger side, front frame horn ( the one that comes out from under the radiator support and holds part of the bumper). It's bolted on to the bottom.

My 95' has a hook on passanger and a clip on the driver.
