Front Transfer Case Output Seal

Hey guys I am in the middle of replacing my front transfer case output seal. I have been following [MENTION=44220]BigFishAllDay[/MENTION] 's write up (Replacing Transfer Case Output Shaft Oil Seals) to the point and I am stuck getting the stake nut off. We have completely removed all of the metal around the grove and put over than 250 ft/lb torque on it and nothing. It wont budge. Any help is appreciated! This is urgent!
